Get helpful answers about staying at Mitengo House

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in anytime and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged based on availability.

Do you offer discounts for long-term stays?

Yes. We offer a 10% discount for stays between 7 and 14 nights, and a 20% discount for stays longer than 14 nights.

Can you arrange airport transfers?

Yes. We can arrange airport transfers to and from Mitengo House at a rate of $45 one-way (up to 3 people, with 1 suitcase each). Please book in advance.

What is your booking and cancellation policy?

For bookings of 5+ nights or 3+ rooms, a 50% deposit is required. Cancellations 7–14 days before check-in will be charged 50%. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. A minimum 2-night stay is required when booking 3 or more rooms.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer and cash payments in Malawi Kwacha or USD.
